The mystery gives way to an open dial, and the tourbillon has double cylindrical balance springs in the tourbillon. Hence the name Montblanc Villeret Tourbillon Bi-Cylindrique. The large tourbillon makes viewing the double heart beat more interesting. Why the two springs? As a means of reducing error in the regulation and thus attempting to boost accuracy.
