Unlike the Seamaster 300M Chronographs of the past, these new models have seriously cut down on clutter from ubiquitous older versions and the use of only two chronograph sub-dials breathes fresh new life into the collection.
Of course, these new Diver 300M Chronograph watches have the new features that the upgraded 2018 time-only versions were outfitted with, such as: date window moved to 6 oclock and the laser-cut wave pattern dial. ANALYSISAdding the chronograph version to last years highly lauded Seamaster Diver 300M was a logical move from Omega, and editing down the dial is a savvy move for contemporary buyers. A 60-minute counter at 9 oclock and 12-hour counter at 3 oclock leave space for that awesome looking 6 oclock date window. The Seamaster 300M Diver Chronograph has never been known for balance, but its a new collection for a new generation of buyer.
Each version has a dial done in ceramic with laser-cut wave engravings, but youll also notice that they all have ceramic chronograph pushers as well.
